Return and Warranty Policy

Thank you for your interest in Volta Lighting products.

This warranty policy applies to all physical goods, and only physical goods purchased from Volta Lighting.

WARRANTY POLICY

What does the Warranty Policy cover?

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in products purchased. Volta Lighting does not take liability for damages caused by the buyer modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the product.

The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the good resulting from abnormal use, lack of care,negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the and non observance of the directions provided by Volta Lighting.

Each Volta Lighting product is covered by a 1-year warranty that runs from the very moment the product has been purchased by the customer. Within this period, Volta Lighting will repair or replace, at no charge, products or products parts that prove to be defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good.

RETURN POLICY

What does the Return Policy cover?

You have the right to return undamaged and unused products that are purchased from Volta Lighting. The returned product must be unused and undamaged in its original package. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Volta Lighting Head Quarters. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.

What would you have to do?

You must notify us of your decision to return your purchase within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product. The notification must be done to [email protected] with your order number attached. The message must contain the following information: your name, your order number, your reason for the return and the name of the product you wish to return.
